veggie sausage? interesting...
I am well aware that mock meats are nothing like real meats. This fact does not escape me. I enjoy tempeh, veggie burgers, tofu, etc. just because they're tasty.
Veggie sausage, however, tastes so very suspiciously like real sausage that I hate ordering it in restaurants because I always think they've screwed up my order.
